Our best selling flavour! A divine sweet and salty combination of the much-loved salted caramel variety made with our distinctive milk chocolate alternative (made with rice cream) and less than 1% sugar.
Free From: Dairy, Gluten, Soy & Palm Oil. Under 1% sugar.
Our recipe which was developed with the help of nutritionists uses rice cream instead of dairy and cocoa butter instead of palm oil. Our sweeteners are mainly a special blend of erythritol and inulin (which are derived from fruits & vegetables). We also use a tiny amount of sucralose (0.04%) to mimic the top notes of sugar.
Cocoa Solids; minimum 43% Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Rice Cream,
Soluble Maize Fibre, Chicory Fibre.

No - As we produce TWO bars that contain Nuts our Factory is not a Nut Free Site. While we follow strict allergen regulations to prevent any cross contamination, our bars are not suitable for those with a severe nut allergy.
DO YOU USE ETHICALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS?
Yes, we work with suppliers who not only pay the Farmers a very good price but they also provide training and education on a regular basis. More information can be found on our Our Values page.
DO YOU USE ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS?
