Our “original flavour”. Silk by name and silky smooth in taste which is very similar to the taste of Lindt chocolate but not as sweet and without the dairy or sugar content. A milk chocolate must for all chocolate aficionados. Made with rice cream and less than 1% sugar. Delicious!
Our recipe which was developed with the help of nutritionists uses rice cream instead of dairy and cocoa butter instead of palm oil. Our sweeteners are mainly a special blend of erythritol and inulin (which are derived from fruits & vegetables). We also use a tiny amount of sucralose (0.04%) to mimic the top notes of sugar.
Cocoa Solids; minimum 43% Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Rice Cream,
Soluble Maize Fibre, Chicory Fibre.
Sweeteners; Erythritol, Polydextrose, Isomalt, Sucralose.
Flavourings, Emulsifier; Sunflower Lecithin, Salt.
