Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough

 

 

 

PREP TIME: 5 mins | COOK TIME: 10mins 4 hours -(including freeze time)   
DIFFICULTY: Beginner
Ingredients : 
  • 1/2 cups oats (Blended) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1x 85g bar of Pure Heavenly Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter
Steps:
  1.  Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for 10-20 seconds, or until it turns liquid. Next, put the blended oats in a bowl, add in the salt, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted coconut oil. Mix to combine into a dough.
  2. Once melted add the nut butter and mix
  3. Add chopped pieces of pure heavenly chocolate ( You can make them as chunky as you like) 
  4. Once combined into one, Roll into small bite sized balls or spread evenly onto a tray to make bars and  place on a greases and lined tray with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze for around 3 hours or until solid.
  6. Remove and serve!
