PREP TIME: 10 mins | COOK TIME: 20mins | TOTAL TIME: 30 mins



Ingredients :

  • Ingredients: ⠀
    •150g self-raising flour ⠀
    •3/4 cup  oat and hemp milk ⠀
    •2 tbsp  pure organic maple syrup ⠀
    •1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀
    •tsp  maca powder ⠀
    •2 tbsp lemon juice ⠀
    •zest of one lemon ⠀
    •2 tbsp poppy seeds ⠀
  • 1 Silk Pure Heavenly bar (85g)



  1. Combine dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon and maca) roughly chopped chocolate ( optional) 
  2. combine wet ingredients (milk, maple syrup, lemon juice and zest) in separate bowl.
  3. Gradually mix in wet ingredients to dry until you have a smooth consistency, then add in the poppy seeds.
  4. Heat a pan over a medium heat, spoon the mixture into the pan and wait for bubbles to form before flipping the pancakes.
  5. Top with some  plain yoghurt, fresh berries and @pureheavenlychocolate
