Our recipe which was developed with the help of nutritionists uses rice cream instead of dairy and cocoa butter instead of palm oil. Our sweeteners are mainly a special blend of erythritol and inulin (which are derived from fruits & vegetables). We also use a tiny amount of sucralose (0.04%) to mimic the top notes of sugar.
