Hi, I’m Stephen Conway, founder of Pure Heavenly and father to two gorgeous daughters – Sophie & Lucy.
In 2017 – driven by a growing passion to feed them less sugar, manage their dairy intolerances and be kinder to our planet, I set myself a challenge to create a delicious, low sugar, planet-friendly alternative to milk chocolate using rice cream.
After many months of experimentation (with 2 very willing tasters!) and loads of advice from various chocolatiers, Pure Heavenly was born!
We have been overwhelmed by the response from our customers – they love the melt-in-the-mouth creaminess of our Silk bar, the richness of our Dark bar and, well, the total yumminess of our Salted Caramel bar!
The recipe is 100% vegan, plant-based, and totally FREE from dairy, gluten, wheat, soy, and GMO ingredients. It is also free of palm oil, so is better for the environment.

Sonia is a foodie, and paleo warrior, who has spent many a day in ketosis to help with various ailments. When she found out that Heavenly Chocolate could help her stay low sugar, she jumped at the chance of joining the company, once she had seen how good it tasted.
Following further taste tests with her two daughters, who both gave the chocolate the double thumbs up, she signed on the dotted line and committed to help taking the Heavenly brand out to a waiting world.
A great believer of the Slow Food and Localism movements, Helen will freely admit that she loves a square (or two) of Heavenly chocolate after her evening meal as a treat.
