Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Raspberries

 

PREP TIME: 10 mins | COOK TIME: 40mins  TOTAL TIME: Approx. 50 mins
DIFFICULTY: Beginner
Ingredients : (2 Cocktails)
  • 85g of Pure Heavenly Chocolate 
  • 100ml of Coconut Yogurt 
  • Touch of Vanilla Essence  
Steps: 
  1. Mix the Yogurt and Vanilla together in a bowl.
  2. Now roll the Raspberries in the Yogurt mix.
  3. Placing the Yogurt covered Raspberries in the freezer to set for 40 minutes.
  4. Once they have set, remove from the freezer and melt all your chocolate.
  5. Now roll them in the melted chocolate and leave to set.
  6. Enjoy!
