Everyone knows that there is nothing more heavenly than the combination of chocolate and orange. This dairy-free pudding is super easy and fun to make. Serve with some of your favourite dairy-free ice cream for extra indulgence.


Ingredients (serves 6): 


  •  115 g gluten-free self-raising flour
  •  20 g cocoa powder
  •  115 g Xylitol
  •  125 ml oat milk
  •  30 g dairy-free margarine, melted
  •  85 g Pure Heavenly Orange Chocolate, chopped


  •  115 g Xylitol
  •  20 g cocoa powder
  •  250 ml boiling water


  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC
  2. Sieve the flour and cocoa into a large mixing bowl, and stir in the Xylitol
  3. Add the oat milk and melted margarine, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gently stir through half of the chocolate, being careful not to over mix.
  5. Pour into an ovenproof dish, and dot the remaining chocolate over the top.
  6. Mix the Xylitol and cocoa for the sauce, and sprinkle over the batter in an even layer.
  7. Carefully pour over the boiling water and bake for 40-50 minutes or until risen and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs. Serve immediately.
