2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple/agave syrup
200g coconut chocolate @pureheavenlychocolate
1tbspn coconut oil
• M E T H O D •
1. Add all bounty bar ingredients together in a food processor and mix. Ensure the mixture is not too wet, you should be able to roll the mixture.
2. Line a Loaf tin or tray with greaseproof paper and freeze for 20-30 minutes. Can also roll in ball shapes for more bitesize treats.
3. Take out of freezer and cut the Loaf into as many bounty bar shapes or slices as you like. Lay the slices out on a tray and return to freezer until firm.
4. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and working quickly dip and coat your bars individually placing them apart on the tray. Return to freezer. For adding better decorative touch take out freezer after ten minutes and drizzle more melted chocolate across. And enjoy!!!
